The 2008 Local ADDY Awards were held Saturday March 1, 2008 at Jungle Island. OutOfTheBlue Advertising won a total of 26 ADDY Awards including 2 Best of Shows, 9 Gold ADDY and 15 Silvers.
The American Advertising (ADDY) Awards, sponsored annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), attracts more entries than any other industry competition. This year’s Miami ADDYS had more than 700 entries alone. Beginning locally in over 200 markets around the country the ADDY Awards program requires three rounds of competition to be judged among the best.
OutOfTheBlue won ADDY in 12 different categories including television, direct mail, point of purchase, print campaign and collateral materials.
